The Project Manager/Team Leader shall meet the following minimum requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects related to water security and livelihoods, infrastructure, covering both urban/peri-urban and rural contexts
Proven experience in leading analytical and advisory assignments that combine assessment, framework development, and practical intervention design, including coordination of multi-sectoral teams
Strong ability to translate analytical findings into practical and actionable recommendations, including IWRM frameworks and implementation-ready intervention models
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, including government authorities, communities, private sector, and development partners
Experience with international water sector frameworks, including the GWP IWRM approach and SDG 6 targets
Experience in at least one assignment involving international or comparative analysis of water security, IWRM, or water governance approaches, including the review and adaptation of good practices from more than one country context to a local or sub-national setting.
Experience in Sindh or comparable rural and/or climate-vulnerable contact s is desirable
