Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls for the MedAlert campaign.
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries, billing concerns, and service-related
- Identify customers who may be considering cancellation and implement effective
- Build rapport with customers through empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
- Address customer objections confidently while highlighting the value and benefits of
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly retention targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines, company policies, and data security
- Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to improve retention performance and
Required Qualifications (Mandatory Requirements)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO, customer service, retention, or call center
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening and customer handling abilities.
