Information Technology Business Partner

We're looking for an IT Business Partner to take full ownership of an organization's IT function and drive technology-led transformation from the ground up. You'll serve as the bridge between business leadership and technology - managing infrastructure, security, vendors, and digital initiatives while identifying automation opportunities and translating business pain points into practical solutions. This is a high-ownership role based onsite in Karachi, suited for someone who works independently, thinks strategically, and executes without hand-holding.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day IT operations - infrastructure, systems, user access, devices, connectivity, and vendor relationships
• Lead digital transformation and process automation initiatives across HR, Finance, Operations, and other business functions
• Assess existing systems and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable technology solutions
• Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, backup, access controls, and IT risk management across the organization
• Manage technology implementation projects end-to-end — from requirements and planning through execution and delivery
• Partner with senior leadership on technology decisions, budgets, roadmaps, and long-term IT planning

What we're looking for

• 3–4 years of experience in IT management, IT business partnering, or digital transformation in a similar ownership role
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, business applications, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
• Demonstrated experience leading process automation or digital transformation initiatives independently
• Proven ability to manage IT vendors, external partners, and technology budgets effectively
• Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field
