Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, particularly within the Modern Trade sector.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to strengthen business relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Modern Trade channel to increase product visibility and sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market-share growth.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient product distribution and availability.
- Ensure effective execution of trade strategies and promotional activities across key accounts.
- BBA/MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, Modern Trade, or account management.
- Proven experience managing key accounts such as Imtiaz, Chase Up, Carrefour, or similar Modern Trade customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
