Our client MAR Group of Companies is hiring a Inventory Incharge in Lahore.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Incharge with up to 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with warehouse and dispatch teams, and ensuring the timely movement of products. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to build a career in inventory and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
Record stock receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches
Conduct routine stock counts and assist with physical inventory audits
Ensure inventory data is updated accurately in inventory management systems or spreadsheets
Coordinate with warehouse, packing, and dispatch teams for smooth inventory flow
Report stock shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies to management
Organize inventory to ensure proper storage and easy product identification
Assist in maintaining inventory documentation and reports
Follow company procedures for stock handling and inventory control
Support other operational tasks as assigned

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Up to 1 year of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related role
Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of inventory management principles
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and inventory management softwares.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge about accounting will be preferred

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
