Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to oversee inventory operations and maintain accurate stock records. This role requires managing stock levels, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking within the organization. The ideal candidate has solid experience in inventory management and will be responsible for monitoring stock movements, conducting audits, and supporting inventory audits and compliance processes.

The Inventory Officer will also supervise a small team of one person, contributing to smooth warehouse operations and efficient stock handling. This role demands strong analytical skills, proficiency with inventory management systems and Excel, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain precise inventory records within the inventory management system.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming stock and materials according to company standards.
• Conduct regular stock counts and perform physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Investigate and reconcile any inventory discrepancies or variances promptly.
• Track and document stock movements, transfers, and adjustments to maintain up-to-date inventory status.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports and communicate findings and updates to management regularly.
• Coordinate closely with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and availability.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory items in line with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels vigilantly to prevent stock shortages or overstocking situations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all inventory transactions to support operational transparency.
• Develop, implement, and improve inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Support and participate in annual inventory audits and comply with all regulatory and company requirements.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the inventory team member to enhance team performance and productivity.
