IT Specialist - Ansaar Management Company

Our client Ansaar Management Company is hiring a IT Specialist in Lahore.

• Monitor live CCTV camera feeds continuously to identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, theft, and safety incidents.
• Maintain ongoing surveillance and ensure timely communication of incidents to the relevant security personnel and management.
• Prepare comprehensive incident reports including timestamps, locations, detailed event descriptions, and appropriate follow-up measures.
• Coordinate efficiently with on-site security teams and respond promptly to emergencies and security-related situations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, access control systems, and video management software to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV hardware, software, IP camera configurations, and network performance affecting video surveillance systems.
• Manage network configuration and resolve basic networking problems to support smooth IT infrastructure and video surveillance connectivity.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance footage and sensitive security data, ensuring data protection policies are enforced.
• Prepare technical documentation, incident reports, and communicate effectively via email and other platforms as needed.
• Use Microsoft Office applications to assist in documentation, data analysis, and reporting related to security and IT operations.
• Work effectively during rotating shifts while upholding high standards of situational awareness, attention to detail, and adherence to established security protocols.
