Our client Hightech Solutions is hiring a IT Technician in Lahore.
Join our dynamic team and keep our systems running smoothly! We are looking for a skilled IT Hardware Technician to inspect, test, diagnose and verify the quality of IT equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure all devices are fully functional, accurately documented and meet company quality standards before inventory or dispatch.
We're looking for:
Verify the functionality and specifications of laptops, desktops and IT accessories.
Diagnose hardware issues, including HDD/SSD, RAM, motherboard, display, battery, keyboard, ports and connectivity.
Record device specifications, test results and condition accurately.
Identify faulty components and recommend repair or replacement.
Perform hardware troubleshooting and component replacement when required.
Ensure all inspected equipment meets company quality standards.
Coordinate with the warehouse a teams to maintain accurate stock records.
Requirements
4+ Years IT Support Experience
Hardware Support & Network Troubleshooting Mastery
Strong knowledge of laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, networking equipment and IT accessories.
Hands-on experience in hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Proactive problem-solver & team player!
Location: Phase 8 DHA Lahore
Timings: 12PM to 9PM
