Job Description:
US Mobile is looking for a People Operations Associate to join our team in Lahore.
People Operations is all about the experience people have working at US Mobile. From the moment someone joins the company to the questions, challenges, and milestones they experience throughout their journey, our People Operations team ensures every employee feels supported, informed, and set up for success.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating an outstanding employee experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
