About The Role
Global CB – EMAP is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong accounting fundamentals and are eager to apply their skills in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations and supporting accurate financial reporting for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Process reimbursements, invoices, and expense reports
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
- Perform ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA (part-qualified or finalist)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of accounting software is an advantage)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional training and learning opportunities
