Junior Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Developer with a strong interest in AI research and hands-on experience using AI tools in their own development work. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in JavaScript or Python, along with a proven ability to use AI tools, LLM APIs, coding assistants, and agent frameworks to deliver real, valuable output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively research and test new AI tools, models, and agent frameworks.
• Integrate effective AI tools into development work to deliver high-quality output.
• Build efficient AI workflows, such as AI coding assistants and agents, that produce reliable and usable results.
• Own tasks from start to end and meet deadlines.
• Document all work clearly, including the tools, prompts, and workflows used.
• Share effective AI methods with the team to improve overall productivity.
• Continuously learn and apply new AI technologies and techniques to improve development processes.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
• Strong interest in AI research.
• Proven ability to use AI tools, LLM APIs, and coding assistants efficiently in development work.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python.
• A portfolio, GitHub profile, or final-year project demonstrating real, valuable output built with AI.
• Self-driven, fast learner focused on practical results.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong interest in gaming and basic knowledge of game mechanics and the gaming industry will be considered a plus.
