Our client RecruitEase is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer (Remote) in Lahore.
We are a growing graphic design agency specializing in logo design and brand identity. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our remote team.
This role involves working on real client projects, building strong brand identities, and producing high-quality visual systems that help businesses stand out.
About the Role
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating logos, brand identities, and print-ready materials. You will collaborate with the team on client briefs, feedback, and internal creative projects while ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Design logos, brand identities, and complete visual systems
- Create print-ready materials such as business cards, brochures, and packaging
- Conduct design research and develop mood boards
- Collaborate with the team on briefs and client feedback
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand assets
- Deliver high-quality, production-ready design files
- Contribute to internal portfolio and agency showcase projects
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design (strong fresh candidates with a strong portfolio may also apply)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of branding and identity design principles
- Knowledge of print design and proper file preparation
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
- Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects)
- Understanding of digital and social media design
- Prior experience in a design agency environment
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or DALL·E
- 100% Remote (Work From Home)
- Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
- Flexible working hours
