KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our front-line leader who manages the distributors and trade for the designated territory to ensure effective and efficient distribution operations and deliver sales, Key Performance Indicators / targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cold Chain Management – Oversee the transportation, storage, and distribution of temperature-sensitive products.
- Compliance & Quality Control – Ensure adherence to food safety regulations,
- Process Optimization – Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce wastage, and minimize temperature deviations.
- Technology & Monitoring – Utilize temperature tracking systems and data analytics for real-time monitoring.
- Collaborate with logistics partners, warehouses, and suppliers to maintain cold chain integrity
- Degree Mechatronics Engineering or Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in cold chain logistics, preferably in the FMCG.
- Candidates must have a strong understanding of refrigeration systems, temperature monitoring devices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
