Bricks Technology is a development agency based in Lahore. We build MVPs and custom applications for clients in Pakistan, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada, shipping complete products in 8 to 12-week cycles. Our work spans marketplaces, ride-hailing, health, fintech, and consumer apps, and we specialise in AI platforms across industries.

The Role
You will work across multiple client projects at once, designing mobile and web applications from first wireframe to developer handoff. You will sit close to founders, product managers, and engineers, and your designs will ship fast. This is a role for someone early in their career who wants high output, real ownership, and direct feedback.

What You Will Do

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens in Figma for client products
• Take features from a rough brief to a polished, build-ready design
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries across projects
• Prepare clean, structured files for developer handoff and support engineers during implementation
• Iterate quickly on feedback from clients, the design lead, and project managers
• Contribute to proposals and scoping with screen maps and early concepts
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 0 to 1 years of product design experience, or a strong portfolio in place of formal experience
• Strong command of Figma, including auto layout, components, and variables
• A clean, editorial design sensibility: strong typography, high contrast, deliberate spacing
• Openness to feedback and a willingness to talk through design decisions with the team
• A team player who works well with different stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and clients
• Comfort working on several projects in parallel under real deadlines
• Working proficiency in English, written and spoken
  
  
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI-assisted design and build workflows, such as Figma to code pipelines or tools like Claude
• Basic understanding of how designs translate to front-end implementation
• Experience designing for both mobile applications and responsive web
• Experience building with Framer
