Our client WORK is hiring a Junior Qualifier in Rawalpindi.

Position: Junior Qualifier (Sales Closer) — Final Expense
We're hiring a Junior Qualifier for our Final Expense sales campaign in our BPO.
What you'll do:
Handle inbound/outbound calls with leads interested in Final Expense insurance
Pitch the plan, build rapport, and qualify the client's interest and eligibility
Close the pitch and transfer the qualified call to the licensed agent for final sale
What we need:
Strong English communication and persuasion skills
Prior experience in Final Expense, insurance, or BPO sales preferred
Comfortable working target-driven, US shift hours
Confident, empathetic phone presence (this is a sensitive, emotional product — tone matters)
