General Description
This position is responsible for supporting sales and business development activities within the Capital Markets division. The Sales Associate will manage client relationships, coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups, and assist in promoting the company’s capital market products and services. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to represent the company professionally in client-facing environments.
General Overview
Managing client relationships across assigned portfolios and ensuring timely communication.
Coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining strong engagement with clients.
Assisting in planning and executing industry conferences, roadshows, and events.
Preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials for client interactions.
Supporting the sales team in achieving business development targets.
Maintaining records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Representing the company in professional settings with clients and stakeholders.
Handling travel arrangements for domestic and international business visits.
Work Experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Professional presence and client-handling skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
Exposure to Capital Markets, Banking, Financial Services, or Technology Sales will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Prior experience in a client-facing or coordination role is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
Candidates with an O/A Level educational background will be preferred.
