YOUR TASKS

• Customer management, strong client relationships, negotiate renewals and resolve customer issues.
• Regularly update relevant departments such as business service support and operations on matters related to national customer key accounts.
• Collaborate with various DHL entities to create and deploy strategies on a national level to improve the customers’ overall competitive advantage in order to maximize the customers’ lifetime value to DHL.
• Responsible to manage sales and pricing activities over defined national customers portfolio.
• Propose plans and recommendations to improve sales and provide customized support services to clients.
  
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor Degree (or equivalent).
• 5-7 years’ experience in major account management, preferably in the Express service industry.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, interpersonal, planning and organizing skills.
• Can perform under pressure and take initiatives.
• Should be able to focus on identifying and understanding each customer’s needs. Expresses and acts on desire to assist customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Have an understanding of supply chain management and express logistic business practices.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
