Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the Horeca food sector.
- Understand client needs and business objectives to tailor solutions that maximize account growth and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product departments, to coordinate efforts and deliver customer-focused results.
- Manage all aspects of account management, including contract negotiations, order coordination, and client communications.
- Identify new opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services within assigned accounts.
- Track and analyze account performance metrics to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on product features, new offerings, and market trends to clients.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts promptly to maintain client trust and partnership longevity.
- Stay informed about Horeca market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting client businesses.
- Drive customer retention and loyalty by ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing client feedback effectively.
- Attend industry events and network to expand and deepen client relationships and industry knowledge.
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation to ensure compliance and support business reporting needs.
