Details

Trucare is seeking a Lead AI Solution Engineer to join its AI Dev Tools & Solutions team. The ideal candidate will design, build, and scale intelligent automation systems, leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI to enhance software development workflows within our healthcare technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy AI-driven automation workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Lead the setup, configuration, and scaling of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients.
• Integrate AI tools into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for improved code quality and productivity.
• Define prompt engineering standards and best practices.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and platform teams.
• Maintain high code quality, scalability, and performance standards.
• Champion AI innovation and developer productivity tooling.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience developing agentic AI systems or AI workflow automation.
• Strong skills in Python, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development.
• Experience managing MCP servers and clients.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with Bitbucket, SonarQube, and productivity metrics (DORA).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of AI ethics, explainability, and security.
• Familiarity with Windsurf or similar AI code editors (plus).
