Role Statement

  • The job incumbent is responsible for the operational organisation in his/her region and for leading, setting up, delegating, supervising and when necessary adjusting the operational activities on tactical and operational level and the feedback to the management team.
  • The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy

Accountabilities

 Preparation of audit Plan and initial coordination with client as per agenda shared by Operational Backoffice.

 Adherence to all QHSE and non-food standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001) as applicable.

 Conducting audits using updated audit packs (checklists, forms, and tools) in alignment with ISO 17021 and 19011 auditing protocols and guidelines .

 Maintaining positive client relationships and respond to all client inquiries and concerns.

 Submission of complete and accurate audit reports within established timelines to the reviewing channels.

 Timely addressing all defects, concerns and queries raised by reviewing channels.

 Developing competency to maintain qualification to conduct audits.

 Developing competency assessment packs to achieve maximum possible EA/NACE/Industrial/Service codes.

 Maintaining up to date knowledge of latest versions of applicable laws, regulations, statutory requirements and standards.

KPIs (to be amended if necessary)

 Alleviating the time-barred cases

 NC closure within timeline

 Report Submission within timeline

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

The following competencies are required ;

  • University degree preferable in engineering discipline or in management
  • Certification: LA course on all of QMS, EMS, OH&SMS, EnMS, 42001 will be essential.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ industrial experience.
  • Familiarity with the third-party certification process
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Well-developed organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Database systems
  • Willing to travel up to 75%, mostly overnight travel throughout the Pakistan
