Application Criteria

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years of programming experience with more than 3 years’ experience of managing teams and executing client’s projects, with full accountability of throughput, code quality, and results.
• Experience with developing software architecture, Conducting Team trainings and familiar with software organizational structure.
• Exceptional Command over Ruby on Rails , Node / React Experience is a huge plus.
• Ability to respond and control situations in stressful environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with ability to communicate technical concepts in an understandable and concise way
  
  

Major Responsibilities

As a Lead Developer, You Will Be Accountable For Producing High Quality, Timely, Testable And Reliable Code Including Deployments. Your Major Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to write efficient code.
• Ability to control/supervise all sub-ordinates departments related to software product development.
• Work closely with web designers and programmers to produce high-quality code.
• Oversee the schedules and responsibilities of the team.
• Engage in constant communication with other colleagues in the business to develop and deploy their content – and ensure there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve site and application issues; recommend and implement preventive measures to avoid future problems.
• Establish and maintain an intuitive user-experience, ensure a design that supports the brand and drives production to bring the strategy to life.
• Implementation of different methodology for modeling and documenting software systems (Agile and RAD models)
• Solely responsible for all the departments under the command and would be reporting directly to the directors.
  
  

Additional Responsibilities

Apart from being one of the strongest technical resources in the team, you shall possess significant team, project and process management especially work effort estimation and reporting experiences. Along with the major responsibilities, you must also:

• Be ready to get training in any new environment for the future as per the demand of the company.
• Be ready to conduct team training as per demand.
• Be ready to assist the HR team in the hiring of technical staff.
• Be ready to act/assist as a project manager on the on-going client projects.
• Be ready to communicate with the client as per demand.
