Lead - Fundraising and Partnerships

Taskeen Health Initiative is a non-profit organization committed to building a happier and healthier Pakistan. With a mission to promote mental health and prevent mental illness, we work toward creating a society where individuals and communities can truly thrive. Our efforts focus on improving mental health awareness, access to care, and psychosocial support through initiatives such as our national helpline, school-based programs, and advocacy efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Support the CEO in designing and executing fundraising strategies.
• Lead donor mapping, prospect research, and development of a structured fundraising pipeline.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with donors, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities across institutional, corporate, and individual donors.
• Develop high-quality proposals, concept notes, and presentations for donor engagement.
• Represent the organization in meetings, donor engagements, events, and networking forums.
• Contribute to fundraising campaigns, donor engagement efforts, and partnership development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate donor databases, engagement records, and fundraising activity tracking.
• Support reporting and communication with donors to ensure transparency and retention.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Business Administration, Development Studies, Communications, etc.)
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, partnerships, or business development
• Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Other Information:

• Starting Salary: PKR 80,000 - 90,000 + Incentive
• Work arrangement: Full time on-site, Mon-Fri (10 am - 6pm)
• Location: DHA Phase 7, Karachi
• Inter and Intra city travel required
