About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented LEAD GENERATION / Market Research Analyst to join our remote team at Silverlight Research. In this role, you will support international client projects by researching and profiling industry professionals across various sectors. This is a great opportunity for proactive individuals who want to build hands-on experience in market research within a fast-paced, globally oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and compile profiles of industry professionals using approved databases and outreach channels
• Evaluate and qualify candidates based on project-specific criteria set by the client
• Maintain accurate records and trackers for ongoing research projects
• Coordinate with internal team leads to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Communicate professionally with shortlisted contacts as directed

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and basic research tools
• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer
• High attention to detail and ability to manage time independently
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation

This is a fully performance-based role with no fixed base salary. Your earnings are directly tied to your output and the volume of successful project contributions.

• Compensation model: Per-submission / per-successful-credit basis
• Earning potential: Up to $2,000+/month for high performers
