A well-known C-A Category Construction Firm requires an experienced Project Manager for building and related construction projects in Faisalabad. The candidate must have at least 10 years of relevant practical experience and be capable of independently managing projects from start to completion.

• Ensuring work according to drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Managing materials, machinery and workforce requirements.
• Monitoring project costs, progress and completion schedules.
• Checking measurements and subcontractor bills.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants and relevant departments.
• Resolving site issues and ensuring timely project completion.
• Maintaining safety and discipline at construction sites.

• پراجیکٹ کی لاگت، پیش رفت اور تکمیل کے شیڈول کی نگرانی کرنا۔
• پیمائش اور سب کنٹریکٹرز کے بل چیک کرنا۔
• کلائنٹس، کنسلٹنٹس اور متعلقہ محکموں کے ساتھ رابطہ رکھنا۔
• سائٹ کے مسائل حل کرنا اور پراجیکٹ کی بروقت تکمیل یقینی بنانا۔
• تعمیراتی سائٹ پر حفاظت اور نظم و ضبط برقرار رکھنا۔
