Lynxes HCM is seeking an experienced, results-driven Lead Generator to expand our Resource Augmentation Services across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential corporate clients in the US and Canada requiring resource augmentation.
- Outbound Sales: Conduct high-volume cold calls and email outreach to target decision-makers.
- Lead Generation: Qualify business opportunities and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and resource demands in American markets.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in outbound B2B lead generation or telemarketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience selling Resource Augmentation, IT staffing, or outsourcing services is highly preferred.
- Market Expertise: Proven track record of successfully targeting and closing leads in the US and Canadian markets.
- Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation tools.
- Fully remote working environment
