Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3–5 years
Work Mode: Remote
Role Type: Target-Oriented / KPI-Driven
We’re looking for a LinkedIn Growth Expert who understands that LinkedIn growth is not just about posting content. This role sits at the intersection of content, personal branding, audience building, outreach, relationship building, and business growth.
You will be responsible for managing LinkedIn profiles end-to-end, creating content that attracts the right audience, driving meaningful conversations, and turning LinkedIn activity into measurable business outcomes.
01. Responsibilities
Profile & LinkedIn Management
- Own the end-to-end management of assigned LinkedIn profiles.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn growth strategies.
- Maintain consistency in publishing, engagement, and outreach.
- Research relevant markets, competitors, founders, and industry conversations.
- Number of profiles: Max 02
Content Creation & Distribution
- Develop founder-led and authority-driven LinkedIn content.
- Create content around educational, storytelling, industry, and offer-based themes.
- Understand inbound and offer-based content.
- Identify content opportunities from market trends, audience pain points, and competitor activity.
- Drive conversations through comments and meaningful engagement.
Outreach & Relationship Building
- Identify relevant prospects and decision-makers.
- Build relationships through thoughtful commenting, profile engagement, connection requests, and DMs.
- Understand how to move a LinkedIn interaction from engagement → conversation → qualified opportunity.
- Avoid spammy or generic outreach.
- Maintain a structured follow-up process.
Market & Competitor Research
- Study the target market and identify relevant audience segments.
- Analyze competitors and their positioning, content, offers, and engagement strategies.
- Identify gaps and opportunities that can be translated into content or outreach.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn trends and changes in audience behavior.
02. Criteria
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in LinkedIn growth, personal branding, social media growth, content marketing, or a closely related field.
- Hands-on experience managing founder-led or personal-brand LinkedIn profiles.
- Experience working with startup, SaaS, technology, or B2B audiences.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn content strategy and audience psychology.
- Ability to study a market and competitors independently.
- Understanding of inbound and offer-based content.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with lead magnets, commenting strategies, conversations, and outreach.
- Comfort working in a remote environment.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, adaptive, AI-native environment.
- Willingness to use AI tools to improve research, ideation, execution, and productivity.
Full-Time Commitment
This is a full-time role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the work rather than treating LinkedIn management as a task-based assignment.
03. Expectations
You should be able to answer:
Why are we posting this? Who is it for? What action should it create?
Understand the entire LinkedIn growth system:
Profile → Content → Engagement → Conversations → Relationships → Opportunities
- Take ownership.
- Work with speed and adaptability.
- We work in a fast-moving environment where AI and new tools are continuously changing how marketing is executed.
- You should be comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted research, analysis, and automation.
04. Reporting
This is a reporting-driven role. You will be expected to maintain clear visibility into:
Weekly Reporting
- Content performance
- Engagement growth
- Outreach conducted
- Conversations started
- Follow-ups completed
- Qualified conversations/Meetings generated
- Key learnings
- What worked / what didn't
- Recommended actions for the following week
Monthly Review
Performance will be reviewed against agreed KPIs and the quality of growth, not just the number of posts published.
05. Target-Oriented Role
This position is measured by the outcomes your work creates. The objective is not to make a LinkedIn profile look active. The objective is to build an audience, create relationships, and generate meaningful business conversations.
Who Will Succeed in This Role?
You will probably enjoy this role if you:
- Like figuring things out independently.
- Are comfortable working in startup culture
- Enjoy studying founders, markets, competitors, and audiences.
- Can turn an idea into both content and conversations.
- Think in terms of metrics and outcomes.
- Are comfortable being accountable for performance.
- Naturally look for ways to improve a process.
- Use AI as a productivity layer rather than depending on it to do your thinking.
If your approach to LinkedIn growth is simply “post consistently and wait for engagement,” this role is probably not for you.
Compensation & Growth
This is a full-time, target-oriented role with compensation designed to reward both consistent execution and measurable results.
- Competitive salary: Based on experience, skill level, and relevant LinkedIn growth portfolio.
- Performance bonuses: Additional bonuses tied to agreed KPIs, growth targets, quality of execution, and business outcomes.
- Performance reviews: Compensation and responsibilities may be reviewed based on performance and ownership.
- Growth opportunity: High-performing team members will have the opportunity to take on greater ownership within the marketing and growth function.
We value people who take ownership and create measurable impact, not simply people who complete assigned tasks.
