Our client Belgian Jewels is looking for a Luxury Retail Sales Representative in Lahore

Belgian Jewels, a renowned fine jewelry brand in Pakistan, is seeking a Retail Salesperson to join its Lahore showroom. This role requires a dedicated individual who can provide exceptional customer service and create a premium shopping experience for walk-in customers. The Retail Salesperson engages directly with clients to understand their preferences and guides them in selecting jewelry pieces that mark important life moments. The position demands excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a strong customer-oriented mindset. Thierry precise explanation of product features including certified diamonds and gold quality is essential to building customer trust and satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant retail sales experience will also be considered and demonstrates at least 2 years of experience in a retail environment. While managing a team is not part of this role, the individual must maintain showroom standards and assist with display presentation. The job operates Monday through Saturday from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome walk-in customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
• Engage customers to understand their specific needs and preferences regarding fine jewelry.
• Provide detailed explanations of product features, including diamond certifications, gold quality, and pricing structure.
• Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that align with their occasions and budgets.
• Deliver a consistent luxury-level customer service experience aligned with Belgian Jewels’ brand standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, ensuring compliance with showroom procedures.
• Support showroom presentation by maintaining high display standards and assisting in visual merchandising.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to promote repeat visits and long-term brand loyalty.
• Communicate effectively in fluent English to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Adapt to the retail environment by working flexible hours including weekends as per showroom schedule.
