Our client Vivo Pakistan is looking for a Maintenance Engineer Intern in Bahawalpur

The Maintenance Engineer handles the repair and maintenance of mobile phones sent by customers and distributors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. The role includes performing root cause analysis and diagnostics to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Additionally, the engineer supports management by assisting in tasks that improve overall service quality and operational effectiveness. They also temporarily cover for service consultants when needed to maintain uninterrupted service excellence. This position demands a proactive approach in feedback reporting, technical problem resolution, and maintaining thorough documentation to contribute to continuous improvement at Vivo Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage mobile phones sent by customers and distributors for repair, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient handling of all devices.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide clear updates on repair status, address queries, and deliver professional and courteous service.
• Apply specialized knowledge from technical materials and guidance documents to conduct precise troubleshooting and repair of mobile phone technologies.
• Perform root cause analysis and diagnostics to identify and resolve faults proactively, maintaining high repair quality standards.
• Meet customer demands by delivering timely and effective maintenance and repair solutions that uphold product quality and service excellence.
• Assist management personnel in completing tasks aimed at improving operational performance and service quality within the maintenance department.
• Provide detailed feedback on technical issues encountered during repairs and track outcomes to support continuous process improvements.
• Answer professional and technical questions from customers, ensuring clarity, transparency, and satisfaction.
• Temporarily substitute for service consultants during their absence or peak workload periods to maintain seamless service operations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and accurate reporting to support continuous service improvements and departmental success.
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives and take on additional Responsibilities
