About The Role

To maintain the Pharma Machines and related equipment, that supports the production operations in running conditions complying with current Engineering, GMP and EHS guidelines.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure and implement effective procedures / methods during maintenance of Automation and Control of Process equipment in Blister & Solid Mfg. areas.
• Ensure compliance to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Reduce respective machine breakdown by effective and timely maintenance.
• Small machine parts sensors, valves, Controllers etc. replacement / maintenance adjustment when required during machine maintenance.
• Supervise & attend all related complains of Solid manufacturing and Blister areas.
• Ensure timely execution of PM plan and share the observation with the Operational Maintenance Lead.
• Support concern maintenance engineer in execution machine maintenance.
• Supports maintenance supervisor and Engineering team in New Projects, i.e. (Machine installation/ commissioning related jobs & training).
• Suggest Operational Maintenance Lead for the upgradation and machine performance improvement.
• Support in implementation of OEE program awareness and support OEE personnel for gathering of data.
• Supervise in automation and instrumentation related activities for machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Support & execute in IQ/OQ with Engineer along with necessary training.
• Prepare daily logbook of machine maintenance / breakdowns.
• Provide and attend various On Job trainings authorized from local and Global level.
• Provide on job technical training to junior staff
  
  
  

Candidate Profile:

• DAE / B. Tech Mechanical
• 1 to 5 years’ engineering experience in Pharma / FMCG company
• Proficient in trouble shooting & preventive maintenance.
• EHS, Quality & Engineering Standard Knowledge and ability to understand these standards when provided
