One of our UK based clients is currently looking for a Management Accountant to join their team

We’re seeking a qualified or nearly qualified CIMA/ACCA professional (or equivalent) with strong analytical skills and excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Experience in the retail sector will be an added advantage.

We’re seeking a qualified or nearly qualified CIMA/ACCA professional (or equivalent) with strong analytical skills and excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Experience in the retail sector will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accruals and prepayments
- Perform ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare management reports using Excel
- Analyse management information and financial data
- Investigate variances/issues and report findings
- Support the Management Accounts team with monthly management account packs
- Assist with annual audit file preparation
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under pressure
- Qualified/nearly qualified CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexible and open to taking on additional responsibilities as required
- Retail sector experience is an advantage
