Manager – Corporate Affairs & Fundraising

Are you someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys working directly with founders on high-impact projects? We're looking for a manager of corporate affairs & Fundraising to join our team.

About the Role

You'll work closely with the Founder on fundraising, investor relations, corporate governance, and global business expansion. This is a role for someone who can juggle strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

What You'll Do

Fundraising Support

• Manage the investor pipeline and CRM
• Research VCs, family offices, and angel investors
• Prepare investor profiles, briefs, and pitch materials
• Coordinate due diligence and maintain data rooms

Corporate Affairs & Global Expansion

• Coordinate company incorporation across multiple jurisdictions
• Liaise with legal, tax, and compliance advisors globally
• Research international markets, incentives, and expansion opportunities
• Manage corporate governance documents and statutory filings
• Support office setup and local partnerships in new markets

Strategic Research & Executive Support

• Conduct market, competitor, and regulatory research
• Prepare executive briefing papers and market entry reports
• Identify partnership opportunities with accelerators, universities, and enterprise partners

Investor & Partner Relations

• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, track follow-ups
• Maintain relationship databases and coordinate networking events

What We're Looking For

• MBA required
• 0-3 years of experience in startup operations, corporate affairs, consulting, or a founder's office
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills
• Comfortable using AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Excellent business writing and communication skills
• Close attention to detail and strong stakeholder management
