Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely & accurate submission of related information as per central bank requirement during onsite inspections.
- Ensure timely closure of all observations.
- Ensure submission of related data for internal and group reporting with accuracy, before deadline where required.
- Ensure all risk issues are addressed by taking timely actions before the approved closure date.
- Monitoring of all reports to identify all irregularities/excesses to ensure that immediate actions are in place.
- Ensure processes/policies are updated on a regular basis and adherence of the same.
- Ensure timely & accurate submission of central bank requirement during onsite inspections. Timely closure of all observations where needed.
- Ensuring costs for Archival & Vault Management are maintained within budgets and cost targets met by way of delivering on committed cost save initiatives.
- Ensure, in co-ordination with the ‘Complaint Management & Service Quality’ units, the delivery of high-quality customer service by an effective process to address customer inquiries and resolve their complaints to minimize client(s) attrition.
- Continuously review procedures, controls and systems & give recommendations & suggestions for improvements in quality, efficiency & Turn around time (TAT), system enhancements, optimization of resources & costs savings
- Ensuring changes to system, processes or product offerings are handled in an effective and seamless manner delivering the expected outcomes.
- To ensure that Service Level Agreements are maintained with all relevant stakeholders and are updated from time to time.
- To ensure that all complaints are resolved within the agreed timelines.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & User Validation Testing (UVT) of system enhancements related to Underwriting process.
- Liaise closely with IT to ensure a high level of technology support on systems used in underwriting.
- Participate and recommend system developments and enhancements and ensure timely implementation.
