Manager - Flooring & Coatings - HR Business Solutions

Our client HR Business Solutions is hiring a Manager - Flooring & Coatings in Lahore.

• Business Development: Develop relationships with industrial end users, consultants, and project stakeholders to generate new business.
• Technical Solutions: Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable flooring, coatings, and waterproofing systems.
• Project Management: Lead projects from proposal to execution while coordinating trials, documentation, and approvals.
• Commercial Management: Manage pricing, credit terms, receivables, and commercial performance of the vertical.
• Leadership: Build processes, mentor team members, and support product and business growth.
• Reporting & Systems: Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and ensure proper project documentation and handovers.
  
  
  
  

• 8–12 years of experience in resin flooring, industrial coatings, and construction chemicals (waterproofing experience is a plus).
• Proven experience leading a flooring/coatings business, territory, or project team with commercial ownership.
• Strong expertise in epoxy/PU flooring systems, industrial coatings, and site diagnostics.
• Experience managing industrial projects from site survey to execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel extensively across Punjab and support projects nationwide.
