Manager - Quality Engineer

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for defining automation strategies, driving quality engineering transformation, and embedding quality ownership across multiple teams. Leveraging deep expertise in modern test automation, CI/CD, and engineering best practices, you will partner with engineering, product, and release stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement. You will also champion AI-assisted quality engineering practices to improve automation effectiveness, test design, and overall QE productivity

What you offer

• 10–16 years' experience in Quality Engineering, software testing, and test automation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL and API automation.
• Proven experience defining test strategies, automation frameworks, and release quality practices in Agile CI/CD environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing teams and driving QE transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing, performance testing, security testing, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture.
