Role Overview: Responsible for Account Management Support. Provide support to Global Partners/Distributors & Country Sales Managers to ensure success. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of the sales processes
This role will entail co-ordination with Sales team and all sales channel partner registration related activities for new account(s) creation, termination, and renewals. Queries raised by sales and distributor teams on the ground who support partners, offer First level support for resolution of queries raised by partners. Stakeholder management, generating periodic and ad hoc reports
Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for onboarding new partners, providing support and training, and managing the existing partners administrative activities and success

Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for onboarding new partners, providing support and training, and managing the existing partners administrative activities and success
- Set up new partners –on the system while ensuring proper coordination and creation within the defined business processes and turnaround timelines.
- Ensure all relevant Know Your Customer (KYC) documents e.g., duly completed forms, company incorporation documents, business permits, copy of identification documents etc. are received from Sales/Partner and approved by the compliance team.
- Carry out preliminary KYC documentation checks for the relevant information.
- Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings.
- Maintain the relevant records in the ERP systems and co-ordinate all the activities with relevant stakeholders for activities related to registrations, renewals, onboarding the partner via training program.
- Data mining and reporting. Identify areas of improvement for Partner Support.
- Create broad awareness and consistent messaging to partners about new products, campaigns and partner enablement programs.
- Deep understanding of how to create and deliver a successful partner-centric campaign from strategy to delivery.
- Data analysis and deep dive to identify improvement initiatives in governance, user experience, stakeholder management, designing campaigns with inputs from Sales and Marketing
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent with 1+ years in Partner Support roles or similar
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with external and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical, commercial skills and business acumen
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Must be comfortable with complexity and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction.
- Diplomacy and comfort with difficult Partner conversations
- Should demonstrate an ability to adapt, learn and apply new knowledge in varied situations.
