Manager Shopper Marketing

Ever walked past a freezer and grabbed something cold you weren't even planning to buy? That's the kind of moment you'll be creating.

We're looking for a Manager Shopper Marketing to lead visibility and trade strategy across Modern Trade, e-commerce and traditional channels for our ice cream and frozen desserts portfolio. You'll shape trade offers, own volume forecasting, and lead a team of Assistant Channel and Category Managers, reporting to the Head of Sales.

Qualification:

• BBA
• MBA (Preferred)

Experience:

• 8-10 years in FMCG
• Experience in impulse/ indulgence, frozen desserts/ frozen treats category.

Job Description:

You'll own shopper marketing for our ice cream and frozen dessert portfolio across two worlds: priority channels (Modern Trade, e-commerce) where precision and digital presence matter, and fundamental channels (General Trade, Bakery) where relationships and execution win.

This role also involves the following:

• Volume forecasting for the category, a critical piece given how weather-driven this business is.
• Driving visibility through freezer placement and shelf presence, both online and offline.
• Planning trade offers and discounts that move volume without hurting margins.
• Leading and coaching your Assistant Channel Managers and Assistant Category Managers.
• Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, distributors and retailers to bring plans to life.

The role reports to the Head of Sales for Frozen/Ice Cream, with regular exposure to regional and strategy teams at Head Office. It is based in Karachi, with national scope.
