Our client Voicelink Solutions is hiring a Manager in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve results.
- Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve customer escalations and operational issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
- Experience in customer service, BPO, or telecommunications is an advantage.
