Our client Voicelink Solutions is hiring a Manager in Lahore.

• Manage and supervise daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve results.
• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Resolve customer escalations and operational issues professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
• Experience in customer service, BPO, or telecommunications is an advantage.
