About The Role
We are looking for a technically sharp and results-driven Marketing Associate to join the AIO Marketing team. In this role, you will take full ownership of SEO across our restaurant client portfolio from technical audits and local search strategy to on-page execution. You will also plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Yelp, and support website builds optimized for search performance. You will report directly to the Marketing Lead and collaborate closely with our design team.

We are looking for a technically sharp and results-driven Marketing Associate to join the AIO Marketing team. In this role, you will take full ownership of SEO across our restaurant client portfolio from technical audits and local search strategy to on-page execution. You will also plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Yelp, and support website builds optimized for search performance. You will report directly to the Marketing Lead and collaborate closely with our design team.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering technical health, on-page structure, content gaps, and backlink profiles across client websites.
- Build and execute local SEO strategies including Google Business Profile optimization, citation building, and NAP consistency.
- Implement on-page SEO improvements - title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, internal linking, schema markup, and page speed, directly on client websites.
- Perform ongoing keyword research and competitive analysis to identify ranking opportunities for restaurant clients in their local markets.
- Set up and manage Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager across all client accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and data integrity.
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Yelp for restaurant clients.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimizations to bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives.
- Support setup and troubleshooting of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and TikTok Pixel across client accounts.
- Collaborate with the web designer to ensure all new site builds meet technical SEO standards from launch.
- Build and deliver branded monthly performance reports covering paid ads, organic search, and website metrics.
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for account managers and clients.
- 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience covering on-page, local SEO, and technical fundamentals.
- Proficient in Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager - setup and reporting, not just familiarity.
- Experience working directly in a CMS or web builder to implement SEO changes.
- Strong understanding of local SEO signals: GBP optimization, citation consistency, structured data, and review signals.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO: crawlability, site speed, Core Web Vitals, canonicalization, and mobile optimization.
- Experience with at least one major SEO tool - Semrush, Ahrefs, or Similarweb -for auditing, rank tracking, and keyword research.
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and/or Yelp.
- Working knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and TikTok Pixel setup and troubleshooting.
