Position Purpose:

As a Marketing Director, the candidate needs to assist in digital marketing strategies and harness data-driven insights to optimize performance. You are also responsible for managing, guiding, and training digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team. This hybrid role requires expertise in strategic digital marketing, data analysis, and team leadership to drive measurable growth.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Degree(s)/Major(s): MBA Marketing or Master's in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in content management is a plus.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant fields and 3+ years in a management role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing vision, brand strategy, and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives, revenue targets, and organizational growth goals.
  • Drive brand positioning and market differentiation by identifying opportunities through consumer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging channels to strengthen brand awareness, generate demand, and accelerate business growth.
  • Utilize data, analytics, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making, optimize marketing performance, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Oversee market analysis, customer behavior studies, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Direct the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media initiatives, ensuring effective budget allocation and achievement of lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion objectives.
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks and oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and business impact.
  • Champion a culture of testing, innovation, and continuous improvement through A/B testing, performance optimization, and experimentation with new acquisition channels.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Product, Client Success, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering professional development, accountability, creativity, and high-performance standards across all functions.
  • Oversee strategic communications, brand reputation management, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance market presence and stakeholder engagement.
  • Direct the planning and management of quarterly and annual marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum business value.
  • Lead the execution of strategic marketing programs from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, operational excellence, and measurable results.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer expectations to ensure the organization remains innovative and competitive within the marketplace.
  • Present marketing performance, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities to senior leadership, supporting data-driven business decisions.
  • Perform additional leadership and strategic initiatives as required to support organizational objectives and long-term growth.



Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of digital and online marketing services such as website development, SEO, PPC, social media, and various other online marketing tactics.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and data analytics, with a proven track record in managing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools like marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
