With 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably supported by an MBA in Marketing, the candidate excels in communication and data analysis, enabling informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Elevator Crafts' business objectives to drive growth and brand visibility.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as social media, search engines, and other relevant channels.
• Manage social media activities including content planning, creation, and online brand presence maintenance across multiple platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to support promotional activities and ensure cohesive marketing campaigns.
• Create, edit, and manage engaging marketing content for social media channels, the corporate website, and promotional materials.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Support lead generation initiatives and actively contribute to customer acquisition strategies through targeted marketing efforts.
• Maintain consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing channels and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns effectively and on schedule.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in digital marketing to continually enhance marketing tactics and tools.
