Job Overview

Cyber System Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Medical Billing AR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), claims submission, denial management, and medical billing portals, along with strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) claims.
  • Submit and monitor medical claims through insurance and billing portals.
  • Perform denial management and identify the reasons for claim denials.
  • Work on rejected, unpaid, and underpaid claims and take appropriate action.
  • Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status and payment.
  • Maintain accurate records of AR activities and claim follow-ups.
  • Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims to improve collections.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and claim-related issues.
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy according to departmental targets.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant experience in Medical Billing / AR preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with AR and claims submission.
  • Experience working with medical billing/insurance portals.
  • Strong understanding of Denial Management.
  • Good knowledge of U.S. healthcare billing and insurance processes.
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Must be comfortable working the night shift.
  • Must be willing to work fully onsite at our Lahore office.
