The Oasis Golf & Aqua Resort is seeking a Member Relations Executive to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with members. This role requires managing professional communication through various channels, including email and phone, to address and resolve member inquiries, concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will excel in English drafting and correspondence, ensuring clear and courteous interactions with members, ultimately enhancing member satisfaction.

This position is an individual contributor role, focused on coordinating with multiple departments to ensure member concerns are handled efficiently and followed up in a timely manner. The Member Relations Executive will provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures while maintaining meticulous records of all member communications. Attention to detail and responsiveness are critical to delivering a high-quality member experience at the resort.

Responsibilities

• Manage professional communication with members and clients via email, phone, and other communication platforms.
• Draft and respond to emails, letters, and official correspondence with excellent English language skills.
• Address member inquiries, concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve member issues efficiently and provide timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of member communications, requests, inquiries, and interactions.
• Provide members with clear and accurate information about the resort's services, policies, procedures, and upcoming activities.
• Follow up with members to ensure effective resolution of their concerns and maintain ongoing communication.
• Utilize CRM software tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk to manage and track member interactions and cases.
• Assist in event coordination and member engagement initiatives to enhance the member experience.
