MEP Draftsman - Work Together

Our client Work Together is hiring a MEP Draftsman in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet the required standards and specifications.
- Review architectural plans to ensure compatibility with MEP designs.
- Prepare and revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
- Coordinate with site teams to address any design issues during construction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations in MEP design.
- Assist in the preparation of plans, details, specific project documentation, and specifications.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date library of MEP designs and documents.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel as needed.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in MEP drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and revit other design software.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and codes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- Certification in CAD software is a plus.
- Familiarity with BIM software is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
