• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with data scientists to gather and preprocess data for training and testing.
• Optimize models for performance and scalability in production environments.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.
• Conduct experiments to validate model effectiveness and iterate based on findings.
• Integrate machine learning solutions into existing software products and services.
• Monitor and maintain machine learning systems in production, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Data Architect to integrate machine learning solutions.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to data processing and model performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Required skills

• Proven experience of at-least 3 years in machine learning, AI, data science, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions.
• Strong background in statistics and applied mathematics.
• Familiarity with Databricks.
