Palmpay Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Training Officer specializing in mobile phone training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and delivering comprehensive training sessions tailored to mobile phone dealers, shopkeepers, and other stakeholders involved in the mobile phone industry. This role demands a proactive individual who can assess training needs, design effective learning programs, and utilize Learning Management Systems to ensure skill enhancement and knowledge retention. With a focus on merchant acquiring and customer relationship training, the role supports the growth of our network by enhancing the capabilities of promoters and business developers.

The Training Officer will work closely with various teams to implement training modules that improve business operations and customer engagement. Although this position does not require managing a team, the candidate will be expected to collaborate effectively with merchants and trainees, ensuring a positive and impactful learning experience. Candidates must bring at least three years of experience in the mobile phone sector, with a minimum of two years specifically in training roles within this industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis to identify skill gaps among mobile phone dealers and shopkeepers.
• Develop and deliver customized mobile training programs focusing on merchant acquiring processes and customer relationship management.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems to organize training materials, track participant progress, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Train promoters and business development personnel to enhance their ability to expand market reach and improve customer engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design training content that aligns with company goals and industry standards.
• Assess trainee performance through tests and practical evaluations, providing feedback and additional coaching as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the mobile phone industry to ensure training programs remain relevant and valuable.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars that foster learning and encourage knowledge sharing among staff and partners.
• Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant attendance, and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
