  • Manager Quality Assurance - Call Center (OG-I)
  • Workforce Manager - Call Center (OG-I)

(Note: The place of posting for both vacant positions will be Karachi & Islamabad.)

Terms & Conditions

Prospective candidates must review the following terms and criteria governing this recruitment cycle:

  • Employment Type: The employment will be strictly on a contractual basis for a period of three years. This contract may be renewed at the sole discretion of the Management.
  • Compensation: Selected candidates will be offered a competitive compensation package and other benefits in accordance with Bank’s Policy / rules.
  • Shift Flexibility: Candidates for both roles must be completely able to work in multiple shift timings.
  • Shortlisting & Assessment: Only shortlisted candidates who strictly meet the basic eligibility criteria will be invited to participate in the assessment test and/or panel interview(s).
  • Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates appearing in the test or interview.
