Overview:

We are seeking an incumbent for the position of "Ocean Freight Executive" who will be responsible for handling day-to-day export shipments & operational activities.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop customer relationships with existing customers
• Coordinate and liaise with key personnel in other functional areas to provide updates & status to customers
• Collaborate with team to jointly develop new or enhance existing procedures relating to service deliverables to maximize customer satisfaction
• Work with team on reviewing and analyzing complaints, handling receivable & Payable.
• To ensure that all customer inquiries are responded promptly & professionally.
• Well-versed on export Documentation
  
  
  

Experience:

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in related field.
• Strong command on MS Office.
  
  
  

Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.
