Job Description – Office Assistant The Office Assistant at Bharosa PMU plays a vital role in maintaining a conducive and organized environment, contributing to the overall functioning of the centre and ensuring that survivors and staff feel supported and respected in the physical space. Key roles would include the following:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space, special service areas, common areas and premises.
  • Ensure clean, organized and comfortable environment for clients and staff.
  • Keep track of office supplies and ensure that necessary items are stocked, placing orders as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including photocopying, filing, visit Banks and data entry tasks as required. The application deadline is 06th July 2026
