PakWheels is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Supervisor to support our day-to-day office operations. If you have a passion for administration, facilities management, vendor coordination, and creating a well-organized workplace, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain office facilities, meeting rooms, seating arrangements, and common areas.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, office supplies, and facility-related services.
- Monitor housekeeping, pantry, office supplies, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Support office renovation, seating changes, maintenance activities, and facility improvement projects.
- Assist in managing visitors, interviews, official meetings, and reception-related activities when required.
- Maintain administrative records, reports, expense records, vendor documentation, and operational checklists.
- Address and follow up on facility-related complaints while ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, office SOPs, safety standards, and workplace discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Office Coordination, Facilities Management, or Operations. Experience in a corporate environment will be preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and email communication.
- Experience in vendor coordination, record management, and office administration.
- Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
